Stelar Metals Limited (SLB.AX) Investor Presentation - Hill of Leaders Tungsten Project

Adelaide, Aug 25, 2026 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Stelar Metals Limited (googlechartASX:SLB) is preparing to commence its maiden reverse-circulation (RC) drilling program at the Hill of Leaders Tungsten Project in the Northern Territory, with approvals finalised for up to 3,500 metres of drilling and a drilling contractor confirmed.

The planned program will be the first bedrock drilling undertaken beneath the Hill of Leaders vein field. It is designed to test mineralisation beneath extensive shallow historical mine workings and high-grade tungsten mineralisation identified through Stelar's field programs.

Stelar said mobilisation and site establishment were scheduled to begin imminently.

Executive Chairman Stephen Biggins said in the company's investor presentation:

"Tungsten is one of the most strategically important critical minerals in the world right now, with prices surging nearly 900% in twelve months as Western governments move to de-couple from Chinese supply chains."

"Hill of Leaders has genuine discovery potential of scale and we are moving quickly to advance it."

Exploration Results

Stelar's Phase 1 and Phase 2 fieldwork at Hill of Leaders returned 47 surface samples of tungsten mineralisation across a broad area. Reported high-grade assays included:

- 15.69% WO3, equivalent to 12.45% tungsten, from sample HOLA039.

- 7.76% WO3, equivalent to 6.16% tungsten, from HOLA036.

- 4.96% WO3, equivalent to 3.94% tungsten, from HOLA006.

- 4.45% WO3, equivalent to 3.53% tungsten, from HOLA031.

- 2.95% WO3, equivalent to 2.34% tungsten, from HOLA012.

The company reported multiple subparallel and stacked quartz veins, with mineralised corridors extending over widths of approximately 200 metres and more than two kilometres in length.

Historic results cited in the presentation include rock-chip samples grading up to 6.05% WO3 at Hill of Leaders. Historical air-core drilling also reported 5 metres at 0.173% WO3 and 5 metres at 0.167% WO3, both at end of hole.

Geophysics and Drilling Targets

An ultra-high-definition airborne magnetic survey was completed in mid-July 2026. Stelar said the resulting data were processed and interpreted using AI-powered algorithms, identifying subtle structures and alteration zones considered to control tungsten mineralisation.

The survey generated additional tungsten targets that will be incorporated into the upcoming RC drilling campaign.

The program is expected to test the grade and width of bedrock mineralisation beneath the known vein field. Stelar's published work program outlines Phase 1 RC drilling in the second half of 2026, followed by Phase 2 RC and diamond drilling and resource drilling during 2027.

Project Context

Hill of Leaders is located in the Northern Territory and is prospective for quartz-vein and greisen-style tungsten mineralisation associated with granite. Stelar identifies geological similarities with the Hatches Creek Tungsten Deposit and Moly Hill project, both also in the Northern Territory.
The company acquired the project under a binding sale and purchase agreement involving $80,000 in cash and the issue of 3 million Stelar shares. The transaction includes further conditional consideration linked to drilling, an option to acquire the project within 12 months, and a further payment on announcement of a qualifying JORC Mineral Resource Estimate. The vendor retains a 1.0% net smelter royalty.

Important Disclosure

The Hill of Leaders project remains at the exploration stage. The presentation states that exploration targets are conceptual in nature and are not Mineral Resources or Ore Reserves. It remains uncertain whether further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource.

Statements concerning the timing, scope and results of drilling, resource definition, future studies, commodity markets and project development are forward-looking statements and subject to risks and uncertainties.
